Trina Aguirre's husband has spent his career in commercial construction managing union crews where roughly 90 percent of the workforce is Hispanic or Latino. Over time those kitchen table conversations kept coming back to the same thing. He wanted to communicate better with his crew. Not just point and gesture. Not rely on one bilingual worker to carry the whole team. Actually talk to the people he worked alongside every day.
Trina heard it enough times that she started paying attention differently. With 25 years building workforce systems across Fortune 500 companies, hospitals, and nonprofits, she is wired to find the gap between a problem and a practical solution. What she found was that nothing on the market was built for this specific situation. Not for construction. Not for real jobsite language.
